Royal Endeavors – Horezu Legacy

Processed with VSCO with c7 preset

“My new deliberate and slower pace has created a higher quality in my experiences.”
– Lisa J. Shultz

Ladies and gentlemen,

Following the resounding success of the previous Royal Endevors exclusive episode, dedicated to the marvelous experience La Conac by AIO Living, comes this fabulous edition devoted to my recent family adventure to Horezu and its beautiful surroundings, fully charged with historic symbolism and a deep sense of authenticity. The historical landmarks to be revealed mark the outstanding representation of our national culture, proudly facing the test of time for centuries, while promoting strong values and embracing the solemn rhythm of tranquility and spiritual communion.

In this Royal Endevors episode, I will proceed to magically enchant you with the breathtaking view of Museum Complex of Maldaresti, the splendid interiors of Horezu Monastery, exclusively captured due to a striking synchronicity, all followed by fortune tales of the lovely dinner we had at Pastravaria Romani, a superb location offering a single dish – menu of the day – including the one of a kind experience of chosing your own fish out of a pond in order for it to be freshly cooked.

“Escape from complicated life! Take refuge in simple life! You will find three treasures there: Healthy body, peaceful mind and a life away from ambitious fools!”

Royal Endeavors – Monumentalist Craiova

“If we, citizens, do not support our artists, then we sacrifice our imagination on the altar of crude reality and we end up believing in nothing and having worthless dreams.”
– Yann Martel

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

It gives me a great sense of accomplishment to present this enlightened Royal Endeavors episode, marked by the Monumentalist guided tour of my controversial yet distinguished hometown, Craiova, an exclusive blog post lovingly dedicated to my grandfather, Mugur Iordache, who had recently and graciously stepped into the eternal dimension.

He was a brilliant mathematician and a highly-reputed professor, with a remarkable career which spaned over decades of proudly serving his community by educating many generations of young minds to master the complexity and art of mathematics.

He lead a very respectful, organized life, beat collon cancer for good over thirteen years ago with much pride and courage and never stopped challenging his strength to walk for miles every day in the park until his last one, leading everyone by the power of his example of never giving up.

He was also my greatest Social Media admirer, always dropping encouraging comments while showing off my pics to my grandmother, therefore I strongly feel there is no better ocassion to pay homage to his loving memory than to dedicate the exclusive Monumentalist Craiova fabulous episode to him.

Firstly because there are many misconceptions about my home town, mostly based on violent incidents and bad news in the media, which denigrate its noble and rich intellectual history and elegant architectural legacy. Unfortunately, ordinary people who feed on such news may have no idea about the important landmarks the 6th largest city of Romania prides itself with.

There are countless historical and cultural sites in Craiova that can keep the traveler intrigued therefore my goal is to surprise my audience and lastingly impress it with some of the most somptuous edifices worthy of its time and attention, landmarks which I had the absolute pleasure of visiting during the Monumentalist Tour.

This eclectic journey would not have been possible without the initiative of AIO living and the brilliant guidance of Alexandru Buzatu, my former high school colleague, brilliant architect and devoted guide and of course, the Monumentalist movement.

Let’s now proceed with the discovery of the wonderful Craiova city.

“In Europe the rich are refined enough to act as if they’re not wealthy. That is how civilized people behave. If you ask me, being cultured and civilized is not about everyone being free and equal; it’s about everyone being refined enough to act as if they were. Then no one has to feel guilty.”

Royal Endeavors – Heritage Instameet Industrial

“The world is getting more connected through technology and travel. Cuisines are evolving. Some people are scared of globalization, but I think people will always take pride in cultural heritage.”
– John Mackey

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Time has come again to pleasantly remember the high times I had and valuable acquaintances I made during my second Heritage Instameet Bucharest tour, dedicated to the valuable industrial patrimony, which marks the one year anniversary of Cronicari Digitali and the wonderful subject of another Royal Endeavors exclusive episode.

I am very grateful for having been present at the celebration of this important milestone in the project’s development, dedicated to the awareness and promotion of national patrimony, while exploring and expanding my horizons in regards to what used to be the pride and glory of Romania’s science and industry.

Cronicari Digitali is an educational platform which facilitates the meeting point of millennial digital presence with Romania’s high-esteemed values and traditions, a project which is supported by the National Institute for Heritage and developed by Zaga Brand agency.
Its purpose is to promote cultural patrimony through digital storytelling and the involvement of community. All generations are welcomed to get involved and to become ambassadors of the movement, through sharing their own enlightened vision and stories.

The experts, part of X Generation, do the telling, while the millennials migrate the national cultural identity to the online realms, through a language that can reach us all, with viral engagement, directly on their feed and wall.

The tangible patrimony can be touched, felt and photographed. The intangible patrimony can delight the sight and tickle the thoughts. The natural patrimony is abundantly rich in thousands of colors and musical notes. Patrimony is all around us at the glimpse of an eye and always part of our lives, by being a confession and an expression of values, faith and traditions, independently of who owns them.

Cronicari Digitali is responsible for more than 6 Heritage Instameet tours and several Heritage Trips around Romania covering more than 10 thousands kilometers and over 100 patrimony attractions discovered through the guided tours.
Last time they counted, prior to the industrial Heritage Instameet, their hashtag marked over 8 thousand pictures. I would say these aspects and winning 5 national awards are a tremendous accomplishment for their first year of proudly serving the community through making heritage go viral.

“Let us save what remains: not by vaults and locks which fence them from the public eye and use in consigning them to the waste of time, but by such a multiplication of copies, as shall place them beyond the reach of accident.”

Royal Endeavors – Edinburgh

#PrincessaPetra x #HazelTheOwl Matching Prints in Edinburgh

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

Following the saying the most sacred promises are the ones we make to ourselves, I promised myself I would invest more time and attention in carefully completing the spiritual story-telling sessions about my adventures in Scotland in order to make room for the future to unfold itself gracefully.

This enlightening blog post is dedicated to the wonderful Edinburgh, Scotland’s brighting crown jewel and a fortunate series of marvelous events which happened on my name anniversary, on Saint Peter and Paul Feast, the 29th of July – one of the best days of my life!
Thanks to a profoundly divine synchronicity and an unexpected change of plans from our travel agency, we had reached this fascinating city instead, and I couldn’t be more grateful – it was a truly fabulous day – felt like I was God’s favorite!!!

Edinburgh is Scotland’s compact, hilly capital. It has a medieval Old Town and elegant Georgian New Town with gardens and neoclassical buildings. Looming over the city is Edinburgh Castle, home to Scotland’s crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny, used in the coronation of Scottish rulers. Arthur’s Seat is an imposing peak in Holyrood Park with sweeping views, and Calton Hill is topped with monuments and memorials.

Edinburgh is an effortlessly cohesive reflection of Scotland’s breathtaking rural landscape, flaunting cultural vibrancy, historic charm, and scenic wonder. Even its New Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Glory To The Holy – The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

IMG_1107“God can be realized through all paths.
All Religions are True.
The important thing is to Reach the Roof.”
– Ramakrishna

My Beloved Audience,

We have gathered here today for a Moment of Beauty, Peace and Enlightenment which will last through Eternity on my Personal “Fashion” Blog, dedicated to the Land of the Rose Desert and Spiritual Light – which I personally feel the Greatest Respect and Infinite Gratitude for – the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan – my Holy Land.
Endless Words of Wisdom and Thoughts of Appreciation will be displayed to depict the Act of Conscience Transformation which occurred during my 8 days visit, given the fact I chose not to use the Internet or any social media platforms at all, but insisted to stay grounded and fully connected to People and the Universe around me.
I now recommend it to anyone – put your phone down and just start living! As simple as that.
Given the High Interest I manifest in Religious Practices and Spirituality, I have started to bring my Thoughts to Life during the Ramadan month in order to create the divine opportunity for my thoughts to prosper and my 5D Vision to enlighten you with the True Story about my dear Kingdom which houses Petra – the Rose City – one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.

The Powerful Revelation happened during Easter – the most auspicious Time to Receive Divine Blessings, Ancestral Knowledge and Spiritual Gifts. I will start by mentioning I was Lucky enough to travel with my Parents – the Gatekeepers of the Universe – a group of experienced intellectuals and a skilled guide – all a pleasure to discuss, debate and entertain with. I am engaged into a continuous (life-time) process of personal growth – like all of us should – learning by doing and feeling, which leads to gaining a deeper Understanding of Life and the Universe, and, in spite of my various acts of solitude to energetically charge and cleanse, I appreciate how much I can learn from people if I talk or listen.

For your kind information, Jordan is an Arab Kingdom in Western Asia, situated on the East Bank of the Jordan River – bordered by Saudi Arabia to the east and south; Iraq to the north-east; Syria to the north; Israel, Palestine and the Dead Sea to the west; and the Red Sea in its extreme south-west, Land strategically located at the crossroads of Asia, Africa and Europe, in the Levant area of the Fertile Crescent, a cradle of civilization.
According to the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, Jordan is home to around 100,000 archaeological and tourist sites. Some very well preserved historical cities include the majestic Petra and Jerash, the former being Jordan’s most popular tourist attraction and an Icon of the Kingdom. Jordan is part of the Holy Land and has several biblical attractions that attract pilgrimage activities. Biblical sites include: Al-Maghtas where Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, Mount Nebo, Umm ar-Rasas, Madaba and Machaerus.

The thing that impressed me the most during the well deserved visit to Jordan was the way I was received by the Arabic people, who were always greeting tourists with large smiles on their faces; I was especially flattered by the ladies (of all ages) asking to take photos/selfies with me. I love taking pictures – this is how I express myself, remain aware of myself and Self-Confident – I should be doing this for the rest of my Life. I am a Pro and I mix it with Pleasure. That’s the Secret to Success. I am also getting intensively accustomed with being in the Center of Attention, as long as it is Positive and Inspiring for others, that is.
Whenever I was asked the FAQ “Where are you from?”, the fact that I come from Romania reinforced the positive impression I (knew I) had on people. I am pleasantly surprised of how well Arabic people acknowledge and accept the premises of diversity and inclusion. It is an act of Faith and Courage to embrace the cultural differences of your Brothers by the Father in a world which had praised the opposite until now, the Times of Spiritual Evolution we are living. Again, it is in everyone’s Power to design Personal Reality – I am here to let you know which your options are. I choose Peace, Love and Understanding over anything else, considering the Flow of Abundance always manifesting into my Life. A cultural fact to be mentioned is the fact that many Jordanians have studied in Romania, choosing to form families with Romanian women, which is also a reason why Romanian people are respected and warmly welcomed in Jordan. Most of the People I have met even knew a few words or songs in Romanian, lol. This is how Well I was received in One of my favorite Countries I have ever visited.

Royal Endeavors – Sibiu

img_0768Highly Involved with the Winter Sun – Episode 1. – Sibiu Christmas Market.

Hallo, my Christmas deers! 🎁🎁🎁

“Winter is coming” and I wish I didn’t open up my seasonal speech with such a promotional cliche but I absolutely adore the magic and enchantment it brings! 🎄🎄🎄
The urban peisage turns sparkling and festive as the Christmas markets open the doors of ethical perception to hand made crafts and delights and delicious street cuisine. The perfect opportunity to share my vision in just a few words – I support family businesses and creative arts, the dedication and emotional imprint the final product is enriched with, as opposed to the consumerist perspective and commercial trends. 🎉🎉🎉
I had the ocassion to visit Sibiu recently – the Härmeschtat of Transylvania, the first Romanian city designated to be European Capital of Culture in 2007 – for the annual Christmas Market, the 10th Anniversary edition! 🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊
The Paitici Royal Family Queen and King have joined me and they are the ones to thank for this wonderful trip, highly documented in artsy captures of myself adorning the medieval decor.
An episode to be enjoyed with Sun and Joy! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
