Royal Endeavors – Turnu Monastery

Processed with VSCO with c7 preset

“Silently, one by one, in the infinite meadows of heaven,
Blossomed the lovely stars, the forget-me-nots of the angels.”

– Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

Ladies and gentlemen,

It is with great pleasure I announce the launch of a fresh Royal Endeavors episode on Saint Parascheva Feast Day – the patron of embroiderers, needle workers, spinners, weavers and marriage, dedicated to the wonderful Saturday I had recently spent with my family visiting the imposing Turnu Monastery, one of the most sacred Christian monastic dwellings of the Râmnic Diocese, sheltered by Cozia Mountain – a very remote and unreachable place for centuries.

I will begin this spiritual journey by mentioning how the blissful resonance of highly charged places of worship, infused with the pure energy lingering from noble acts such as divine communion, gratitude and prayer, always satisfies the soul’s hunger for hope, reason and inner freedom. As pilgrims find shelter in faith and strength in belief, I will always choose to surrender to the warmth of peace when I step into a temple of any religion.

“You pray in your distress and in your need; would that you might pray also in the fullness of your joy and in your days of abundance.”
– Kahill Gibran

Royal Endeavors – Iulia Hasdeu Castle

Processed with VSCO with g8 preset

Hello sweethearts,

Weirdly enough, I keep releasing Royal Endeavors exclusive episodes this summer, much more frequent than before, when I was focused on conveying my message regarding self-esteem, self-image and confidence through the signature Princessa Petra photo shootings.
I assume I have reached that level of inner peace to shift the perspective from showing off myself and my accurate sense of fashion to being of service to others through emotional self-expression and spiritual storytelling. #iLoveMyLife

Thank you for bearing with me – it has been an intense journey matching the spiritual knowledge and divine wisdom I receive through inner channels and personal revelations to the external Universe, which reflected my energy blueprint, the one that was and still is a work in progress, by shedding off the facets of the fragmented reality that I did not own but it was imposed to me, to the level I am currently on – one of positive (self) manifestation, limitless blessings and unconditional love.

The real deal is to have the insight and the desire to overcome limitations is not enough to secure the success of transformation; we need to be ready and aligned with the greatest good – if you are wondering what the stars have in store for you. Apparently all which does not serve me comes tumbling down as I am done going through. I am not energetically welcomed to contexts which defy my freedom and question my frequency. I am denied access to where I do not belong and there is no turning back to the old, as farther I would look back but I don’t.

The particular journey I took to Campina for an extended weekend of team work, in order to obtain my Project Manager certification, recognized by the National Authority for Qualifications (ANC) has played an important role in the realization I have healed from the negativity coming through from a toxic corporate environment which failed to match my positive intentions and growth mindset.
It had validated all my assumptions and past actions of what I thought to be a real team player acting from a genuine positive leadership position and a respectable frame of thought. And that is not all – that is just an expected professional accomplishment matching my experience and expertise – the real deal was having the chance to take a step forward in my career and have the long awaited chance to visit Iulia Hasdeu Castle in Campina, which has been on my bucket list ever since I found out about its fabulous esoteric history and the spiritist activity which it hosted, the first I know to ever have been recorded in Romania.

Royal Endeavors – Oviedo

Processed with VSCO with e2 preset

Hello darlings,

I am extremely pleased we meet again for another memorable Royal Endeavors breathtaking episode, still dedicated to Basque Country – a wonderful occasion to be grateful for the opportunities this country offered to me to get in touch with myself and to discover the many distinguished aspects of a fulfilling life.

As I have previously mentioned so many times in other travel episodes, art and beauty not only raise vibrations to a higher level of (self) consciousness and confidence but also nurture our souls with the divine energy of creation, representing the very core of a luxurious simplicity accessible to the humankind. I know I get deep but let’s hope my example will pave the way of self-discovery and personal development for some, as I believe the academic foundation of having studied Psychology and Education definitely shines out.

I am having a wonderful time lately enjoying a book of Dominique Loreau on The Art of Refinement and Luxury, preaching the priceless experiences of spicing up life with memorable but little gestures or activities that feed the soul, such as traveling to see an art exhibition, sipping coffee or tea from beautiful cups or acquiring only top quality garments which will last a lifetime. Having the chance to admire the stunning masterpieces created by blessed minds and divine hands definitely resonates to the idea of affordable luxury, whose positive impact can bring joy to any heart.

I will start this precious storytelling journey with Oviedo, the capital of the Principality of Asturias in northern Spain, an elegant and enchanting city known for its medieval old town and the site of the Gothic Oviedo Cathedral with its 9th-century Holy Chamber. When describing Oviedo the words “Charming” and “Historic” always come to mind. One can feel the sense of history in every step, while discovering the impressive Old District and strolling among Palaces, Churches, Convents and ancient buildings.

We only had a few hours to wonder around, visit the Museum of Fine Arts of Asturias (one of the best in Spain) or The Archeological Museum of Asturias, the 13th century Cathedral of San Saviour and eat if we still had time therefore I sacrificed the last to fully enjoy the art.

I only had a big slice tortilla in the last 5 minutes prior to the group meeting before our departure, that being, surprisingly, the cheapest food I ever tasted in Basque Country, which I compensated with my favorite sparkling water, San Pellegrino.

Royal Endeavors – Bilbao and Santillana Del Mar

My darlings,

It is so good to be back on track by having the uplifted, creative mood just in time to deliver the next Royal Endeavors travel episode at a relatively fast pace, highering the standards on my blog to the now optimal frequency of posting to twice a week.

I have so many great memories in Basque Country, not to mention brilliant pics taken in the time pressuring conditions of organized tours and strict timelines, that I really take my time now in having the best mood possible in order to deliver greatness and also plenty of spare time to invest in writing and editing the material in order for my experience to be conveyed properly.

This royal episode is dedicated to the delightful Bilbao and its fabulous tourist attractions, although I will only stick with the ones I had the pleasure of visiting during those few hours we had available to enjoy ourselves in this remarkable city. Of course, depending on the duration of your stay in Bilbao, you will have many more amazing opportunities to connect to its sparkling vibe and contageous positivity or to enjoy its very tempting offerings.

We will start the marvelous journey with the Santiago Cathedral in the District of Casco Viejo, whose construction began in 1397 until the beginning of the 16th century and underwent a profound reconstruction in the 19th century. This was the first attraction that involved free time allowed by the guide to get the pulse of the surroundings, which I personally invested in visiting it, as you probably already have noticed by now how much I enjoy the solemn (neo)gothic decor, the graceful quietness and the faithful resistence of such majestic temples throughout history.

Royal Endeavors – San Sebastián

Ladies and gentlemen,

Bine v-am regasit! Welcome! Bienvenido! Bienvenue! Willkommen! to my latest Royal Endeavors exclusive travel episode dedicated to the lovely seaside resort of Donostia – San Sebastián in Basque Country, a lively slice of Heaven touched by the Sun God that promises to bless you with breathtaking landscapes and incredible heights and sights. I truly hope this article will inspire you to grace the divine SanSe with your presence wholeheartedly, as its positive, uplifting energy had a wonderful effect on my mood and general state of well-being, possibly due to the excellent weather conditions which made all these fabulous pictures possible. If you ask the locals, you will be truly suprised by the fact the weather is not this friendly all the time, therefore I consider us truly blessed to have had such a wonderful experience.

Second of all, since I absolutely love my mood shining through these pics, I would like to dedicate some kind words of appreciation to the All Mighty Universe for the major global events which happened during this passed Gemini season, which made an extraordinary difference, and to show my grattitude for the positive changes I noticed since my 33rd birthday.

You will not believe the feeling of easiness, flow and relief I have since I celebrated my rebirth into Christ Consciousness, the symbolic age of the ascension of Christ into the presence of God in Heaven.

Royal Endeavors – Catedral de Burgos

D518B412-5263-4406-8EBE-A0D8A099A115.jpeg
#PrincessaPetra x #CatedralDeBurgos #GloryToTheHoly #Proph3ticJustice

Dear ladies and gentlemen,

Welcome back to the much expected but less anticipated Royal Endeavors eclectic episode which marks the beginning of the fabulous birthday adventures I recently had in Spain and Basque Country, by starting with a visit at the breathtaking Cathedral of Saint Mary of Burgos.

First I would like to mention this trip is featured and available in the Senior Voyage offer proposals of Christian Tour, one of the most appreciated travel agencies in Romania and the one in charge of most of the cultural trips I had taken with my parents, which we had very much enjoyed.

The greatest thing about these trips, except the destination, are the well-prepared and considerate guides, armed with impressive knowledge, patience and flawless people skills, the optional daily organized trips, which can be quite fast-paced, sometimes exhausting but incredibly rich in cultural and religious tourist attractions and the senior tourists accompanying us, which are absolutely delightful, to my opinion – witty, mannered and high spirited, just as I wish some people of my age would be. Honestly, I always prefer to be surrounded by younger or elder people I have much to learn from.

After waking up at 4 in the morning on the day of the departure, which was not my greatest pleasure (neither 7 or 8 is), we arrived with a Tarom flight to Madrid, where a brand new and fully equipped Christian Tour travel bus was waiting to take us to Comillas, a lovely municipality in Cantabria, northern Spain, set to be our residential town for the next seven days. We were part of an ideal group of 17 people, accommodated in a 54 seats bus so just imagine the discretion, space and comfort each of us had plus time to get to know each other.

With these being said, I will dedicate an exclusive Royal Endeavors blog post to the wonderful Comillas separately, as it hosts several architectural marvels, including one of the few villas designed by Antoni Gaudí outside of Catalonia – the exquisite El Capricho – spacious, intimate and delightful, an exquisite summer residence adorned with the Sun Flower symbol. Stay tuned for more!

Before going any further, deep diving into the historical background of Catedral de Burgos – the first gothic cathedral of the Peninsula – I would like to point out the outstanding psychological factor of seeing such a majestic ornamented interior has on my personal state of being. This is simply a personal experience based on keen observation, combined with a little bit of self-awareness, sprinkled over the refinement of my tastes through time.

I do understand other architectural currents such as minimalism but they are not really my cup of tea. Speaking about tea, the fact that I adore a smokey black African one gives a great suggestion on my preference for any art form which is oppulent, highly decorated, heavy in details, bursting with symbolism and myth in front of my very eyes. This heavy art with a twist of myth and magic is what truly energizes me, especially on my arrival in Spain, after a too early morning start and quite a long journey – not the big empty spaces in fancy “greige” (grey+beige) marble shades but the Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance styles intertwined to shine light upon this  reigning beauty of Castile and León, the impressive Metropolitan cathedral of Burgos, groundbreaking in 1221.

Built over more than four centuries, the Cathedral bears testimony to the creative genius of architects, sculptors, and craftsmen throughout these periods.

The monument is an extraordinary summary of European Gothic influences, which can be admired in every component of the structure, from the facades and chapels to the stained glass windows and sculptures and contains all key attributes to express its Outstanding Universal Value, having been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984.

On the Sparkle of Intuition.

Michelangelo – The Dream of Human Life (after 1533)

“Intuition is seeing with the soul.”
– Dean Koontz

Dear audience,

A series of fortunate events which shaped my perspective in the past few years have inspired the decision to raise awareness on the Sparkle of Intuition, which is an amazing opportunity we are given in order to tap deep into our spiritual senses and connect to an instinctive knowledge which is extremely important in self development. The last experience on this matter was having a little wrench during a call with a recruiter a couple of days ago for a Marketing Copywriter position for a financial product, which honestly does not reflect my sphere of interests. In spite of the short call being polite and decent, I realized she did not say any word about the company she was recruiting for and I was presented with a test to complete in 48 hours. The test itself was not a big problem, considering Google, my skills and imagination, but the shortage of details, such as company presentation, position on market, job description and other important matters were awfully missing. I don’t know about you, guys, but if I am handed over with a test, I need to know who and why I am investing my time and effort for.

The same rationale applies for the countless time consuming recruitment phases in some companies, which for them might count as a “strict” selection but, for me the process reveals a lack of prepared recruiters able to use their knowledge and intuition to find the most suitable candidate for a position. Let’s just think about the availability of junior, middle and top managers to interview a candidate in advanced phases, which suggests the pace of the company is rather slow. I dare say the professional advancement might as well follow this particular trend. What do you think? I decided to deal with my wrench by being thankful for the opportunity and honest in regards to my lack interest for the field, which she appreciated by sharing my opinion the field and product are very important for the creative.

As most of my successful decisions in life were based on intuition, which was behind finding reasonable and quick responses to every challenge, especially in the professional environment, an ability which was enhanced since I have started walking on the path of self-development, I am pleased to follow my annual tradition to dedicate the first post of the May birthday celebration month to my spiritual duties of spreading knowledge and enlightenment. I choose not to discuss the so-called “magical phenomenon” of intuition from a psychological standpoint as the information might become hard to follow and swallow, but rather encourage everyone to practice an exercise of dimming the outside “noise” or distractions in favor of peace and quietness, by shutting down rumination and clearing inner space for that particular sparkle of higher intelligence, commonly called The Intuition.
