The Seven Virtues – Mount of Beatitudes, Israel.
It’s time to share my ageless wisdom teachings again!
Welcome to a new class in spiritual guidance and enlightened vision. Taking into consideration the most valuable experiences in life are the journeys you take within, I had the greatest opportunity to actually visit The Holy Land, sharpen my mind and restore my faith in humanity.
I would like to share my thoughts with you.
Religion is a matter of choice for me while faith is the response to God’s revelation. Walking on the path of Jesus was a gift I received for my 30th anniversary – the same age He began His public ministry. I have never taken a religious pilgrimage before therefore I am profoundly grateful to have had the opportunity to visit the most sacred places which hold the greatest significance for Christianity.
I was born and raised a Christian although I accept all Manifestations of God – He is infinite, absolute and imperishable. My faith knows no limits as I am devoted to the Divinity within. Receiving the key to the golden gate of spiritual perception has unlocked the urge to express my beliefs.
What did I see?
A land of contrasts with the most intense energy.
Desert as far as your eyes can perceive and Israel being the world leader in agricultural technologies.
A military service graduation ceremony taking place at the Western Wall, the holiest place where Jews are allowed to pray. The general state of happiness of families seeing their loved ones and the sacrality of the act of praying.
Soldiers protecting the West Bank barrier and waving at us. A lesson of appreciation learnt from seeing the things we usually take for granted differently – such as water, the Source of Life whose abundance is truly a blessing.
What did I hear?
I heard about the Bahá’í Faith, the newest religion which emphasizes the spiritual unity of all humankind through its three core principles: the unity of God – there is only one God who is the source of all creation; the unity of religion – all major religions have the same spiritual source and come from the same God; and the unity of humanity – all humans have been created equals; diversity of race and culture are worthy of appreciation and acceptance. I agree!
What did I feel?
I felt the connection to God is the most precious gift one can ever receive and it is my personal choice to strenghten it through the joy and purpose of my daily living. Undebatable!
That’s what Israel taught me 🙂
Of course, I confess I am fascinated by mysticism and religions – I am devoted to the Truth therefore I need to understand why people have been fighting in the name of doctrines ever since the beginning of times.
Is this the word of God? I don’t think so. Does it feel like it?
As far as I see it, we might have got it all wrong in the first place – my opinion is that Life is a gift and a chance for each of us to make this Earth a living Heaven.
Where are we with that actually?
These being said, I would like to know your thoughts on this matter.
