Arta Pretuirii de Sine – Respectul pe care ni-l datoram

Ce este stima de sine?

Toti avem momente in care ne lipseste increderea in fortele proprii si nu excelam la capitolul imagine de sine.
Astfel de momente sunt inevitabile, dar periculoase pentru sanatatea mentala, atunci cand se inradacineaza drept atitudini pe termen lung fata de propria persoana.

Stima de sine reprezinta parerea pe care o avem despre noi insine – cu cat aceasta este mai buna, cu atat ne putem bucura de o viziune pozitiva asupra vietii, o capacitate de rezilienta sporita, intelegere si toleranta fata de noi insine si fata de ceilalti, echilibru emotional si deschidere fata de nou.

La polul opus se afla stima de sine scazuta, determinata de o imagine de sine negativa, care conditioneaza un puternic sentiment de autocritica, lipsa de respect si acceptare fata de sine si fata de ceilalti, o igiena emotionala precara, frica de esec si teama de necunoscut.

Pozitionarea noastra fata de cei doi poli este determinata chiar de discursul interior pe care il avem fata de noi insine, fie el unul optimist, incurajator, motivant, sau, din contra, unul pesimist si excesiv de critic – ambele perspective au capacitatea de a pune in functiune motorul profetiilor autoimplinite – predictii a caror realizare o atragem in mod subconstient prin propriul nostru comportament.

Stima de sine influenteaza deci comportamentele – o imagine de sine pozitiva va insufla energie, entuziasm, determinare – ea sta la baza mindset-ului flexibil, care faciliteaza atingerea obiectivelor, transformand obstacolele in provocari si experientele negative in lectii; datorita ei, relatiile se desfasoara in mod armonios.

O imagine de sine negativa infraneaza actiunile si initiativele, anihileaza motivatia si alimenteaza speech-ul interior negativ, tinandu-ne captivi intr-o bucla a neimplinirii, un cerc vicios care nu face decat sa intareasca convingerile noastre limitative si sa ne saboteze succesul.

Dar, desi stima de sine presupune oglindirea in propria constiinta, daca vorbim despre un nivel ridicat de dezvoltare personala, atunci cand imaginea de sine nu este consolidata si depinde de validari externe, ea devine influentata de raportarea la exterior si implicit, de parerile celor din jur.

Succesul obtinut in acest caz ne poate oferi un plus de energie si motivatie, dar impactul lui creeaza dependenta, ceea ce va conditiona si starea de bine pe termen lung. Mai precis, exista multe persoane de succes care nu sunt deloc fericite, ci in interior se simt vulnerabile, nelinistite, traind intr-o permanenta incertitudine vis-a-vis de propria persoana.

Aceasta dinamica este evidenta mai ales in randul adolescentilor, pentru care imaginea de sine este dependenta de alinierea la anumite trenduri, in felul acesta vizand acceptarea sociala.

Acelasi principiu sta la baza perpetuarii unor comportamente de consum promovate de anumite branduri care folosesc influenceri ca mijloc de promovare pentru produse si servicii (de la make-up la haine si operatii estetice), avand in vedere ca, atata timp cat validarea vine din exterior, consumatorul va recurge la intarirea comportamentului de consum pentru a-si mentine imaginea de sine in conformitate cu standardele impuse ca fiind ideale.

De fapt, la baza unei stime de sine scazute stau experientele din copilarie, ea fiind determinata de mesajele pe care le primim despre noi de la parinti, rude, profesori, media, etc., in lipsa propriului sistem de valori la care sa ne raportam. Atunci cand suntem copii avem la indemana doar aprecierile parintilor la adresa noastra, o atitudine prea critica facandu-ne sa simtim ca nu suntem suficienti de buni.
Pe de alta parte, laudele nejustificate si atitudinea permisiva in exces pot facilita o imagine de sine foarte buna, dar exagerata si nerealista, care va atrage consecinte la fel de dramatice.

Stima de sine joasa nu numai ca ne blocheaza intr-un cerc vicios al convingerilor limitative, sabotandu-ne relatiile sociale, statutul profesional si sansa de a avea viata pe care ne-o dorim, dar ne pune in pericol si sanatatea mintala, conducand in unele cazuri la anxietate, depresie, comportamente deviante si adictii.

Cum putem sa avem o stima de sine sanatoasa?

Pentru a creste stima de sine, va propun cateva exercitii simple si va invit sa le incercati pe acelea cu care rezonati in cea mai mare masura.

1. Eliminarea convingerilor limitative

Pentru eliminarea unei convingeri limitative, pornim de la depistarea ei; aceasta se noteaza pe o hartie, urmand sa fie identificat momentul in care a fost initiata.
Urmatoarea etapa presupune evaluarea dovezilor care pun la indoiala convingerea negativa, urmata de pareri pozitive pe care le avem despre noi insine, intarite de parerile pozitive ale celorlalti – minim 5 pentru fiecare categorie.
Exercitiul se repeta in mod periodic, in scris, comparand apoi versiunile anterioare pentru urmarirea progresului realizat.

2. Identificarea punctelor forte

Acest exercitiu urmareste explorarea unei viziuni pozitive despre propria persoana, pornind de la intrebarile:
🔸 Care sunt cele 5 calitati pe care le apreciezi cel mai mult la tine?
🔸 Care sunt cele 5 reusite personale sau profesionale cu care te mandresti?

3. Factorul de unicitate

Exercitiul invita la construirea unei imagini autonome despre sine prin variantele de raspuns (minim 5) la intrebarea:
🔸 Prin ce sunt eu unic(a)?

4. Arta de a spune NU

Pornind de la identificarea a 5 situatii in care inabilitatea de a spune NU a condus la disconfort, se trec in revista, se reformuleaza si se exerseaza modalitati de a refuza anumite circumstante sau de a evita anumite situatii, in mod politicos, printr-un exercitiu de imaginatie.
🔸 Cum ar fi aratat situatia daca ai fi spus NU? Ce s-ar fi intamplat?
🔸 Ce beneficii ai avut sa spui DA? Dar sa fi spus NU?

5. Esec vs. Feedback

Pornind de la 5 situatii considerate drept “esecuri”, se exploreaza o perspectiva pozitiva asupra lor, identificand lectia de invatat si analizand conditiile care trebuie imbunatatite pentru a asigura succesul pe viitor.

In concluzie, stima de sine, adica cinstea si onoarea pe care o acordam propriei persoane si pretuirea fata de noi insine, include increderea in fortele proprii si respectul fata de sine.

O stima de sine sanatoasa deriva deci din sentimentul de siguranta care se intemeiaza pe resursele personale si pe o imagine de sine pozitiva si veritabila, independenta de mediul extern, atragand astfel profetii autoimplinite, care rezoneaza cu nivelul de unicitate si autenticitate al fiecaruia.

Arta Relaxarii – Un mic manual de reechilibrare energetica pentru o generatie extenuata mental

Viata ne alearga pe toti, in timp ce noi alergam cat mai departe de noi insine – nu este de mirare ca forfota zilnica si zgomotul de fundal ne slabesc energia vitala pana la burn-out.
Vartejul activitatilor zilnice si mai ales tentaculele lui “trebuie (sa fac)” trag de noi in toate partile pana la epuizare, pentru ca nu este deloc usor sa tragi aer in piept si sa spui “Stop! Aici pun piciorul in prag”.
Vorba aceea – daca toata lumea trage de tine – tu incotro sa tragi?
In era urgentelor absolute, in care totul sau nimic este prioritar, acest mic manual este destinat celor care ar dori sa ia o gura de aer si sa faca ceva pentru sine fara sa simta gustul amar al vinei, atunci cand n-au timp nici sa respire, fiind prinsi mereu in vartejul cotidian.
Cursa sobolanului face ravagii atunci cand nu suntem dispusi sa investim timp si atentie in ingrijirea de sine, starea de bine si dezvoltarea personala in mod prioritar.
Si pentru ca acest an tumultos este unul pe care cu greu il vom uita, este inspirat sa ne inarmam cu intelegere si rabdare fata de propria persoana, in timp ce ne regasim echilibrul mental.

“Mintea nu poate fi ocupata de emotii pozitive si negative in acelasi timp. Trebuie sa predomine fie unele, fie celelalte. Este responsabilitatea noastra sa ne asiguram ca emotiile pozitive sunt cele care ne influenteaza in mod dominant mintea.”

1. Trateaza-te cu respect.

Nu este tocmai un mister ca alegerile pe care le facem ne dicteaza destinul, cel mai de pret lucru in viata fiind sanatatea, dupa cum afirma toti cei care au trecut prin momente delicate.
Asta inseamna ca o calitate a vietii ridicata impune alegeri constiente in ceea ce priveste dieta pe care o avem.
Un aport optim de nutrienti, in conformitate cu cerintele propriului corp, tinand cont de genul de activitate pe care il desfasuram, asigura o functionare optima a organismului.
Monitorizarea atenta a alegerilor noastre reprezinta promotorul schimbarii pozitive. O atitudine constienta fata de sanatate si propriul corp ne impiedica sa ne recompensam cu tot felul de placeri vinovate, care, alaturi de junk food, stau la baza unui regim alimentar dezechilibrat – o posibila cauza a oboselii cronice.
De fapt, cine nu doreste sa arate bine, sa se mentina in forma si sa debordeze de energie? Alimentatia face diferenta – nu o sa aratam niciodata superb consumand alimente procesate sau exagerand cu dulciurile si prajelile.
Vorba aceea – “esti ceea ce mananci” dar, cat timp “paza buna trece primejdia rea” si tinand cont ca la baza oricarui dezechilibru sta suma alegerilor gresite pe care le facem in mod repetat, schimbarea incepe cu un mic efort de vointa si mult entuziasm.

2. Ai verde la aer proaspat!

De fapt, orice contact cu natura are un puternic efect calmant – de la o scurta plimbare prin parc, pana la drumetii si excursii planificate in detaliu.
Chiar si plantele decorative pot fi un remediu natural antistres, dar in timp ce intretinerea lor presupune un oarecare efort, un buchet de flori proaspete este suficient pentru a imbunatati considerabil ambianta, si nu numai din punct de vedere estetic.
N-ar fi rau sa luam in considerare si felul in care putem sustine economia locala, cumparand produse romanesti in general.
Asa ca deschideti geamurile, respirati adanc si bucurati-va de soare – “cu o floare nu se face primavara”, dar cu siguranta mai multe ne ajuta sa intretinem starea de bine si tonusul mental.

3. Curatenia este sfanta!

In minte, trup si suflet – dar sa revenim la dulapuri, garderobe si tot felul de spatii de depozitare, carora le-ar face bine o reorganizare periodica. In plus, obiectele pe care nu le mai folosim, in afara de praf, care este vizibil, mai colecteaza si energie stagnanta, deloc de neglijat atunci cand avem in vedere confortul psihic.
Este de bun augur ca atunci cand sunt in stare buna sau de functionare, sa avem in vedere posibilitatea de a le darui altor persoane, carora le-ar face mai mare placere sau le-ar fi de trebuinta.
In plus, un gest de generozitate poate atrage starea de recunostinta – “dar din dar se face Rai”.
Asadar, daca dorim sa aducem un suflu nou in vietile noastre, putem incepe de la o sesiune de curatenie in propria locuinta.

4. Repara ce este stricat!

Daca nu, arunca! Este un sfat foarte util atunci cand nu dorim sa ne aglomeram locuintele cu lucruri inutile, pe care nu le putem folosi, sau, din contra, atunci cand exista posibilitatea de a repara si a recupera un obiect drag.
In plus, energia unui lucru stricat (plus a-l avea in gand sau la vedere) nu va alimenta niciodata legea atractiei intr-un sens pozitiv.
La fel cum o afectiune lasata netratata poate degenera in ceva cu care nu ne dorim sa avem de-a face, si energia stagnanta isi are propriile consecinte, indiferent de cat de constienti suntem de ele (sa ne amintim ce stare minunata avem atunci cand admiram un obiect frumos si sa ne imaginam reversul).

5. Ia-ti o veioza cu cristale de sare Himalaya!

In afara de rolul estetic pe care il au, veiozele cu cristale de sare Himalaya au efecte pozitive asupra sistemului respirator si imbunatatesc vizibil calitatea pielii, scazand frecventa reactiilor alergice.
Ele reprezinta una din cele mai sanatoase surse de lumina artificiala, care contribuie la intarirea imunitatii organismului, sustinand totodata eficacitatea exercitiilor de relaxare.

6. Sarea cea de toate zilele.

Pe acelasi principiu al beneficiilor energetice ca si veiozele cu cristale de sare Himalaya functioneaza si bolurile cu sare plasate in colturile unei camere, cu scopul de a purifica atmosfera.
Nu este de mirare, tinand cont de cat de relaxanta este simpla prezenta in preajma marii.
Evident, sarea din bolurile de purificare nu trebuie consumata si nici lasata la indemana copiilor sau animalelor de companie, ci aruncata la gunoi si schimbata periodic.

7. Spa la tine acasa.

O metoda simpla, eficienta si rapida pentru cresterea energiei personale poate fi si o baie relaxanta timp de 20-30 minute, in cazul in care o vizita la Spa presupune un deranj prea mare (programari, drumuri, disponibilitate, etc.).
Un efect uimitor de purificare si revigorare il poate avea aceeasi sare de baie Himalaya presarata in apa, alaturi de uleiurile aromatice preferate.
Daca, in plus, inchidem lumina, aprindem lumanari parfumate si dam drumul la muzica preferata, un simplu gest de igiena zilnica se poate transforma intr-un adevarat ritual terapeutic cu beneficii multiple pentru starea de spirit.

8. Wellness si Aromaterapie

Uleiurile esentiale au fost parte integranta in sustinerea starii de bine timp de mii de ani, dupa cum sugereaza textele si referintele istorice, avand, de asemenea, si puternice efecte antibacteriene.
Lavanda, iasomia, trandafirul, scortisoara si eucaliptul sunt doar cateva dintre aromele minunate care pot improspata atmosfera si incanta simturile, indiferent daca sunt presarate in apa de baie sau pur si simplu inhalate atunci cand nu ne simtim in forma optima.

9. Fum de tamaie

Daca tot vorbim despre aromaterapie si curatarea energiei stagnante, betisoarele aromate, lumanarile parfumate, dar mai ales tamaia, au un efect extrem de pozitiv asupra starii de spirit.
Pentru ca plimbarea cu o “torta” de salvie uscata aprinsa in mana in scopul purificarii aerului nu pare cea mai sigura optiune, investitia intr-o cadelnita este mult mai inspirata, mai ales avand in vedere ca un astfel de obiect, desi folosit in scop religios, este cat se poate de decorativ.
Pentru ca alegerile fac diferenta, de ce sa nu avem in vedere si factorul estetic atunci cand cumparam ceva util?

10. Masajul – un lux accesibil

Un puternic efect relaxant il poate avea fi masajul, fiind un instrument important in arsenalul ingrijirii de sine. Indiferent daca este administrat in scop terapeutic sau de relaxare, masajul are numeroase efecte benefice demonstrate in lupta impotriva cotelor alarmante de cortizol – hormonul stresului – care contribuie la ingrasare, insomnii, tulburari digestive si dureri de cap, printre altele.
Masajul terapeutic sprijina eliberarea endorfinelor – deci contribuie la o stare de bine durabila – amelioreaza durerile musculare, imbunatateste calitatea somnului, intareste sistemul imunitar si contribuie la vindecarea psihica.

11. Respira profund si mediteaza!

Se pare ca unul dintre efectele benefice ale meditatiei este si cresterea nivelului de serotonina, astfel avand un impact pozitiv asupra starii de spirit si comportamentului, urmarind mentinerea unui camp energetic vibrant la nivel inalt, datorita pozitiei comfortabile a corpului, atunci cand este practicata intr-un mediu linistit si relaxant. La fel de puternica precum meditatia este si rugaciunea Tatal Nostru, care, spusa in momentele in care nu ne simtim in forma maxima, are efect de purificare a energiei mentale negative si de inaltare a vibratiei personale.
Evident, orice practica religioasa si/sau spirituala contribuie la eliberarea de stress si mentinerea starii de bine.

12. Afirma si crede cu tarie!

Oare cine are dreptate – tu sau mintea ta? Controlul calitatii nu strica, mai ales atunci cand il exercitam in mod constient asupra propriilor ganduri. Tinand cont ca mentinerea gandurilor negative in mod constient presupune acelasi efort ca si antrenarea celor pozitive, din nou, alegerile noastre fac diferenta. O atentie sporita la calitatea gandurilor, sustinuta de afirmatii pozitive, conduc cu siguranta la imbunatatirea calitatii vietii in toate domeniile. Nu trebuie decat sa ne dorim schimbarea si ea va deveni accesibila.

13. Vizualizarea este o arta!

“O poza face cat 1000 de cuvinte” – acelasi principiu este valabil si in cazul vizualizarii. In loc sa ne pierdem timpul imaginandu-ne tot felul de scenarii dramatice, sau lasand gandurile sa “bantuie” nesupravegheate, putem recurge la un simplu exercitiu de vizualizare, atunci cand dorim sa ne crestem energia vitala. Fie ca admiram o poza cu un peisaj minunat sau ne imaginam o scena din vacanta perfecta, vizualizarea oricarei imagini care ne face placere ne va imbunatati considerabil starea de spirit. Acest exercitiu este foarte util si in cazul setarii unui obiectiv maret, acuratetea detaliilor cu care imbogatim viziunea de ansamblu contribuind in mod subconstient si creativ la fructificarea oportunitatilor care ne aduc mai aproape de scop.

14. Ridica-te si misca-te!

Orice fel de miscare contribuie la depasirea starii de extenuare mentala – de la o simpla plimbare pana la practicarea unui sport de performanta – exista nenumarate dovezi care sprijina faptul ca sportul imbunatateste starea fizica si mentala, calitatea somnului, atentia si concentrarea, reducand stresul si chiar depresia. Daca avem in vedere si mentinerea greutatii dorite, precum si intretinerea tonusului fizic si a unui corp de invidiat, nu este de mirare ca sportul creste increderea in sine a celor care il practica – beneficiile sale sunt de necontestat.

15. Tonul face muzica!

Mai ales daca tonul este unul pozitiv si energizant, sau vorbim despre muzica noastra preferata. Studiile de specialitate au demonstrat ca muzica are capacitatea de a stimula anumite zone ale creierului, conditionand un raspuns emotional. De acest raspuns emotional depinde si eliberarea dopaminei, hormonul responsabil cu starea noastra de fericire.
Este deja recunoscut rolul muzicii ca limbaj universal, astfel incat scopul sau terapeutic este deloc de neglijat.

16. Exploreaza-ti latura artistica!

Desi coloratul este vazut mai degraba ca o activitate creativa destinata copiilor, in ultimii ani terapia prin colorat a devenit foarte populara, contribuind la combaterea anxietatii, depresiei, insomniilor si la dezvoltarea creativitatii, concentrarii si dexteritatii.
Cartile de colorat pentru adulti stimuleaza activitatea simultana a ambelor emisfere celebrale, activand atat logica, care sta la baza selectiei culorilor, cat si creativitatea, responsabila pentru combinatiile cromatice pe care le facem.

17. Timp de calitate in solitudine

Desi unele persoane se simt inconfortabil petrecand timp in solitudine, confundand-o cu singuratatea si cautand permanent compania altora, timpul de calitate petrecut cu noi insine are, la randul sau, efect terapeutic.
El ne ajuta sa ne reechilibram energetic si sa ne recalibram gandurile, mai ales tinand cont ca avem controlul absolut asupra felului in care dorim sa il petrecem.
Solitudinea faciliteaza deconectarea temporara de la ritmul de viata cotidian, facilitand reconectarea la propria persoana, stimuland astfel potentialul mental si creativ al fiecaruia.
Nu discutam despre singuratate sau izolare sociala, ci despre alternarea perioadelor intense de socializare cu o doza sanatoasa de solitudine, care sprijina independenta emotionala, oferind in plus posibilitatea elaborarii unor planuri si obiective personale, intretinand procesul schimbarii fara interferenta altora.

18. Hobby-urile tale intreba de tine.

Cand a fost ultima oara cand ai facut ceva distractiv si amuzant? Dar ceva care iti face cu adevarat placere?
Practicarea hobby-urilor este considerata pe buna dreptate o modalitate de a induce emotii pozitive prin desfasurarea unei activitati placute, care ne stimuleaza mental si ne ajuta sa ne refacem energia, inclusiv dupa situatii stresante. Ele ofera posibilitatea de a ne cunoaste mai profund, prin explorarea pasiunilor, intereselor, abilitatilor si talentelor. Cu ajutorul lor, ne putem imbunatati performanta cognitiva si profesionala, stimuland neuroplasticitatea creierului.

Indiferent ce metode de relaxare preferam, important este ca acestea sa contribuie la mentinerea tonusului psihic si la cresterea calitatii vietii. Cert este ca niciodata nu vom obtine rezultate remarcabile in viata daca nu investim in noi insine si in echilibrul mental si, mai ales, daca refuzam sa ne prioritizam.
Schimbarea incepe cu alegerile potrivite  – depinde de noi cat de departe dorim sa ajungem!

Hello sweethearts,

Following a brilliant week, sprinkled with joyous news and long awaited accomplishments, I have decided to celebrate the completion of the Interior Design Advanced Course provided by Designist.ro – Creative Learning with a cute memory made on the road from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea on the West Bank of Israel, when I made friends with a camel and she smiled at me.
You might ask yourself how on Earth is the camel related to design, but a camel totem teaches the lesson of using resources frugally when necessary, just like the inner strength, internal fuel, work ethic, commitment, and positivity win the game of a successful endeavor in any field of interest or expertise.
The spiritual associations of the camel are accomplishment, adaptability, determination, justice, nobility, replenishment, resourcefulness, stamina and TRANSFORMATION.
Just like the Internet says – “Sit with the winners, the conversation will be different.”

Happy Friday, darlings!

Please mind my lack of presence online but I have decided to make an appearance online only to celebrate my achievements.
I feel this is a wonderful opportunity to infuse my posts with more enthusiasm and make a greater use of my virtual persona, in order to inspire and motivate my audience during the age of changes and challenges.
That is what #CrisisIsTheBestCoach is all about – facing uncertainty with open minds for what lays in the silver lining of the events shaking reality and shaping history before our eyes.
One thing is certain – we all reign over our ability to invest time and attention in what matters the most or doesn’t at all, therefore we should use our resources wisely, think through and maintain calm.
These being said, today I am celebrating the completion of Coaching & Mentoring for Business Success Diploma Course provided by @Centre_of_Excellence with Distinction, receiving the feedback of a “superb result”.
Meanwhile, enjoy this accurate depiction of how I let my potential flourish as a referent authority during challenging times. I heard “With great power comes great responsibility” so I am definitely looking forward to applying a distinctive touch to the next professional role.

Crisis is the Best Coach #5

Hello darlings,

Just in case you’ve missed me, I am constantly at home, with intermitent pauses of going out to take Joy around for a short walk in the neighbourhood.

The truth is I have been quite busy lately, taking online courses and working on the Interior Design Advanced Course, which is slightly more demanding than I expected. Not the styling itself or finding real products to fit my vision, but the dimensions and calculations are not my cup of tea.
I could certainly get better at them, no doubt, but it will take some time to furbish my skills and I am not sure I would like to invest it in this particular aim towards excellence. Perhaps real practice would be more appropiate in this case and I have big plans for my space(s) of living.
Let’s say I wish to make every corner of my tiny Bucharest studio instagrammable so that’s quite a complex mission, I assume.

The best thing about the course is that I work with experienced trainers and colleagues who are willing to guide me and provide their expertise, which is comforting and delightful.
I also cliqued with some of them immediately which has rarely happened to me lately. It’s a good sign I am getting back to that community feeling, which I missed out because of my former burn out. I am very glad that challenge is finally over.

I also seem to lack interest in taking new pics of myself, expecially selfies, just to keep up to virtual norms of social exposure.
What can I say – you must clearly take my word my beauty has remained unaltered since the isolation/quarantine has begun.
Now I even have more time to put on face masks and body creams, while I use no coverage/foundation/concealer.
It’s a win-win situation – I am satisfied with having my skin taking a relaxing break from make up and grateful I finally found a good reason not to touch it 🙂

I also can’t say I miss my old life since for the past year I’ve been successful at keeping myself isolated while I got my shxt together, although I do feel a new sense of purpose arising and a new perspective of life emerging.
I am glad it is applicable to everyone, even if this change is initiated “the hard way” – I was feeling quite lonely and out of tune because everyone was moving with the speed of light, while I was making efforts to stay still and listen to myself.
I feel an alignment taking place.

What we all can do during this time is a little visualization exercise called Life Vision, which is simple yet deeply positive and empowering. We can start by collecting a series of pics, quotes, words, anything that can relate to the future desire for ourselves once the quarantine is over. They can be related to food, workout, vacations, moods – anything that sparks joy and brings relief.
I use this as a valuable coaching tool, which is also fun and easy if you have a Pinterest account, Power Point and time to do a little matching game.
It’s a brilliant practice to keep the mind fit and the Law of Attraction working, moreover since we are not on the run anymore – now we can use the Law of Allowance for Manifestation to reach us.

Dears,

This is the forth #CrisisIsTheNewCoach episode – the weather outside is frightful but my mood is so delightful for the late March blossom and bloom – at least it forces everybody to respect the latest health norms in order to prevent the virus from spreading and also to maintain the isolation mode/quarantine.
I’ve been thinking about this “social distancing” global mess, which is clearly a very poor use of words, subconsciously encouraging individuals to lack respect towards one another and distance themselves from societal values and community shared beliefs.
First of all, it is a “spatial distancing” that is required when you must keep a 2-3 meters distance from your peers and avoid mass gatherings.

It is space we must keep between us, not the avoidance of respectful contact, while we treat peers like enemies. Perhaps this is the reason why everybody is so out of tune lately, with panic and fear raising high while they are programmed to cultivate this “social distancing”, forgetting the basic traits which keep a community together, such as mutual respect, generosity, support, conflict resolution, compassion, responsible cooperation, trust and empathy.

🛎 Where are all these values when you question why are some people allowed to come back to their countries?
🛎 Where’s your self respect when you waste your time spying on your neighbors because some of them “dared” to go out of the house and do some shopping?
🛎 Do you really think all elders feed on air or why is it that you’re filming them when they cross the street?
These are some deep questions that intrigue me, along the damaging social distancing mentality and the scarcity mindset gaining momentum. As ever, (self) education is the key.
You certainly have time now so just think about it…
🔮 How do you feel now about your neighbors?
What do you think about when you see a person on the street?
🔮 What feelings regarding the pandemic arise when you check out social media?
🔮 What kind of information circulates on the groups you are in?

My advice?
Do not let bullshxt clutter your judgement – show some God Damn leadership skills.
Be an example for your community, not the fool pointing fingers elders do their grocery shopping or do some gardening unaccompanied. It is a terrible waste of energy to put your immune system at risk by processing all kinds of negative emotions encouraged by limited people and limiting beliefs.
I have myself limited my presence to 2 hours maximum on social media, less than the world average per day. Imagine the average during the times we live in 🙂

Journaling Day 3 – I have recently started the Easter cleaning – I am detoxing my social media of all people defying God and religion at this point – the type “Where’s your God now?, to be more precise.
Nobody needs this kind of waste of energy and negativity online, especially me on my scroll down page.
It shows a serious lack of empathy and character to extra challenge those brave enough to have found hope in their darkest moments.
🧿 Who are you to question the One they believe in?
🧿 What are you doing to maintain the emotional equilibrium of your audience?
🧿 How are you contributing to the well fare of others online?
🧿 What are your expecting to achieve by questioning God on social media?
🧿 What is missing from your life? 🙂
Of course, I will refrain from being anything from an excellent example of diplomacy and a role model for my virtual audience therefore I further bring into attention we are all equal in face of death, although I am sure fortune favors the ones that walk with God in their souls.
This kind of non believers do not fit my abundance mindset, nor do they compliment my joie de vivre.
They are useless for my self-confidence and they do not bring any extra value to my list of social media friends.
People need faith now more than ever, or else they could succumb to discouragement and gloom.
Faith is the only beacon of Light leading the desperate in time of despair, therefore I do not tolerate any poor jokes lacking judgement regarding God, religion and other spiritual anchors in times like this.
I prefer to remain hopeful and optimist in any circumstances, as I explore further ways to bring joy and empowerment into the world.
I strongly advise you to deliver more than you absorb, no matter if it is good music, book recommendations, funny videos, well being articles or anything that might serve the world.
For anyone reading this right now, I would like to kindly remind you life can happen FOR you and not TO you – it is all a matter of perspective and responsibility.
Now start your mental cleaning, detox your social media and stop with this toxic victim mentality.
We are all in this together but some of us are aiming for the moon.

Hello darlings,

I am back to the journaling game – the urge is strong. I might as well start my first book. I need to strengthen this ability to channel thoughts into writing, so I can release residual emotions and clear my mind off the negativity suffocating social media during these times of uncertainty.
In spite of the calm reigning over my consciousness, I must train myself to de-escalate issues on all levels of conscience.
I had a strange dream last night – half of it was a terrible nightmare involving dead puppies and something weird crawling on my arm, which was so real that I had to wake up. That is probably the effect of the constant exposure to the news and aggressive information, most of it fake, distributed online. The spring equinox mist have contributed to this massive emotional clearing as well.
That is how a global crisis must feel like to my subconscious – as an attack to my innocence and faith.
Please take mental hygiene seriously during this wicked times – most of you are vulnerable to such negative exposure, not aware of it and possibly not well equipped to face this dramatic psychological pressure, which, even worse, could be easily passed on to others, just like all kinds of disturbing conspiracies are circulating on Facebook.
How do you think panic and fear is helpful, and not prevention, decency and having a clear head about it?
What do you believe a long lasting “flight or flight” danger exposure can do to your immune system?
Well, now you can all actually see for yourselves why I have been preaching about Spiritual Awareness and Education for the past years. It can shield your mind from information bombing and protect your overall health.

Nevertheless, my dream ends well.
I find myself talking to someone before entering an electronic music party in a large sphere, on top of a very large tower.
Keinemusik was playing but all I wanted to know is if you could see the stars from inside. The answer was yes.
This reminded me of the three things you need to be in life: well-protected, well-respected and well-connected.
Perhaps I am shielded from bullshxt in my own little bubble but I am definitely aware of my impact and influence.
Life is still good beyond everything we tell ourselves.

Hello darlings,

Although I have promised to deliver daily #CrisisIsTheBestCoach insights, I probably won’t, but still – let’s keep this space extra positive – I am sure if I don’t deliver daily words of wisdom, it’s probably because I am involved in a thorough self-education process.
You see, this is the best time not to waste it – almost everybody is at home, complaining about their uncomfortable lives even before interrupted by the global crisis. Now they wish they would have them back – that’s precisely why spiritual teachings preach and praise the art of GRATITUDE.
Newsflash, ladies and gentlemen, if you don’t like something, just change it.
Maybe not now, because you are in quarantine, but you surely have a lot of time to think about how you will shape your future reality.
Also, there are no more services delegated to outer sources – skills and creativity should come first at play in order to adapt and harmonize to this mindblowing context.
By the way, I can’t wait for this situation to be over so I could cut my hair.
I still need a professional touch to my image but while I am stuck at home, I will do my cosmetic maintainance by myself – it is what it is and my hair doesn’t really matter right now.
Why should I let it disturb me?
This attitude would totally work if I still had toxic people in my life – I also would have cut them off. Lucky me.
However, take my advice and see how you feel about certain people missing from your life, now that you are stuck in isolation and quarantine. It’s a good time to see if you are stuck with the right person/people, don’t you think?
The pandemic context has totally caught me by suprise, as I couldn’t have imagined the whole world would pause and actually reflect the mood I was in for the past year and a half. I hope everyone also reflects ON it. There is time for everything.
It is impressive to see a magical bitch slap given to fast living, fast food, fast everything and especially consumerism.
So many businesses, some not contributing at all to the world’s well-being and best interest, are challenged by this new economic threat – who would have thought industries, business owners and entrepreneurs would get this extra chance to reconsider their mission, vision, products and services? What about meaning, purpose and contribution? Those should be the new foundation of the New World arising from shedding the fake conditioning.
How anyone and everyone can make the most out of this disturbing crisis?
That is the question you could answer, if you all have the time to think.
I hear dolphins reappeared in Venice and the water is finally clear. People see the sky again and the air is fresh and clean. We can even hear the birds singing.
But still… In these troubled times, honesty matters the most  – who are you with?
I finally have a clear mental space to proceed taking the HarvardX Course online on Omens, Oracles & Prophecies.
What a great time to be alive, isn’t it?

7 Effective Habits of Highly Spiritual People

Ladies and gentlemen,

Welcome to my new delightful spiritual endeavors episode, dedicated to the effective habits of highly spiritual people. Given the global context, I am confident these habits could serve as inspiration for acknowledging the importance of having a flexible mindset and the necessity of shaping mindful habits, in order to enhance mental fitness, increase the level of spiritual success and positively impact to the quality of life in general.

This episode comes as the appropriate creative closure to the inspiration received from one of my IG contacts, who is a performance coach, personally positioned quite at the opposite end of the emotional spectrum from myself.
As a transformational coach, I consider myself to be in tune with my emotions, flexible with my own goals and expectations and patient in regards to the estimated timeline “scheduled” by my clients’ for their deep transformations. The spiritual principles I follow comply to the universal rules of “to each its own”, everyone “at its own pace” and everything “in its own time”.
Even though time as we know it is a man made concept, the only control we have is the one over ourselves, our habits and on how we decide to spend it.
We also control our reaction to surprises, unscheduled events and change of plans.

I would also like to inspire my clients to allow the necessary time for changes to unfold and transformation to occur at its own convenience  – the only certainty in life is death itself and we definitely must not hurry towards this predictable end.

Given the global context of a pandemic requiring us to slow down, stay inside, avoid social contact and prioritize hygiene and self-care, I believe we are quite privileged to possibly witness a massive awakening, both at personal and at professional/business levels, as extremely uncomfortable issues, bottled up for years or even decades, suddenly begin to stir up and present themselves to us in a striking, psychologically violent manner, during the times we feel most vulnerable.
Change is not a comfortable process, unless it is voluntary – imagine its emotional and spiritual impact if it is being ignored for ages, while it becomes highly necessary at a global scale.
The pressuring issues arising from the ongoing crisis relate to financial security, back-up plans, resilience, meaning and purpose (of industries, businesses, jobs, facilities, entrepreneurship) AND survival instincts. They also relate to the social aspects and the impact of these circumstances on humanity, highlightening the need for compassion, mindfulness, thoughtfulness, solidarity, support and respect towards oneself and others.
“Crisis is the best Coach” – this will be the name of my daily updates provided virtually in the upcoming isolation time.
